We are thrilled to announce a significant expansion to our HQ facility in Kitchener, Ontario, one hour West of Toronto.
This comes as Cober continues to evolve and invest in a progressive infrastructure to support growth.

Cober thrives in a state of constant evolution and ongoing investment and the expansion of our building is no exception. After 107 years in the industry, we are continuing to challenge ourselves to stay ahead of the curve and ensure we are supporting our valued clients with a top notch facility. From our local community members to our global partners, we are incredibly excited to be able to share this space and continue to evolve together.
Our current facility is approximately 80,000 sq. ft. - made up of 10,000 sq. ft. of office space and 70,000 sq. ft. of industrial space. The plan for the expansion is to add an additional 120,000 sq. ft., which will be made up of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of additional office space and 110,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, bringing the total square footage to approximately 200,000. We expect to start utilizing this space by the summer of 2024.
